The scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any project are agreed separately in a written proposal or agreement. Those project terms, together with these Terms of Service, form the full agreement between us.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by MML Solutions unless otherwise stated. Ownership of deliverables created for a client is transferred as set out in the relevant project agreement.

Fees and payment schedules are defined in each project agreement. Invoices are payable by the due date stated on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Our services are provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, MML Solutions is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of our website means you accept any changes.
